About the Role

We are undertaking an ambitious regeneration programme across multiple housing estates and sites, aiming to build over 3,000 new homes in the next 10 years, including council rented, shared ownership, and outright sale homes.

As a Development Manager within the Development Team, you will lead the delivery of housing regeneration projects from inception to completion. You will drive regeneration schemes by working closely with consultants, contractors, and development partners to deliver well-designed, sustainable, safe, and affordable homes. Your role will be pivotal in creating exemplary places and ensuring genuine benefits for Hackney's diverse communities.

Experience
Proven experience delivering housing regeneration schemes and managing projects through all stages of the development process. Strong understanding of procurement, design, project finance, housing development standards, planning, and legal agreements related to land and development transactions.

Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with colleagues, residents, and stakeholders, building positive and productive working relationships.
