About the course

This new skills bootcamp is funded by the Department for Education with no charge to participants.

This course provides a pathway for those looking to enter construction or upskill into a more specialist role.

The 8-week programme includes 2 weeks of valuable work experience and is designed to equip learners with practical skills in insulation and dry lining techniques.

Training locations include Stratford (Build East), Southwark, Earls Court, Edgware, and Brune Street.

Entry Requirements

Participant Criteria
To be eligible for this bootcamp, participants must meet the following requirements:

  • Aged 19 or over
  • Residents of London or Essex
  • Unemployed, economically inactive, or earning less than £25,000 per year

Course Details
This foundation-level bootcamp offers hands-on experience and specialist training to support career progression in the construction sector.

Participants will benefit from expert-led sessions and practical work placements to enhance employability and skills development.
