About the course
Qualification Outcome
On successful completion you will gain a certificate of competency in Air Tightness Testing, allowing you to register with the Elmhurst Air Tightness Scheme (EAS). Once accredited, you will be approved to undertake air tightness testing on single dwellings and smaller non-dwellings up to 4,000m² and produce the required verification documentation.
Course Fee: £625 + VAT. Registration with the Elmhurst Air Tightness Scheme is required (joining fees apply - contact Elmhurst directly for current pricing).

This one-day upskill course provides the knowledge and skills to complete air pressure/airtightness testing on single dwellings (new build and existing) and smaller non-dwellings up to 4,000m².

You will have a revision test after each module. After the session, you must complete three test cases of live air tightness tests and submit a report for each.
