About the course
The Energy Advisor Academy is an online training programme that helps you build the knowledge and skills to support people with their energy use. You’ll learn how to help others take control of their bills, improve home energy efficiency, and access the right support - particularly for those who need extra help to stay warm and well.
By completing the programme, you’ll earn the Level 3 Award in Energy Awareness - an industry-recognised qualification that allows you to offer official energy advice. You’ll also have the chance to gain the Level 2 Award in Fuel Debt Advice in the Community, which equips you to support people dealing with, or at risk of, fuel debt.
Energy Advisors are trusted, practical problem-solvers. They break down complex information, offer clear guidance, and support people facing difficult decisions about energy and affordability. The work is about people as much as it is about energy.
