This one-year higher education vocational qualification focuses on applied biology through practical projects and assignments based on realistic biological science scenarios.
You will develop specialist skills and knowledge by studying both mandatory and optional units tailored to your interests and career goals.

Entry Requirements
You should have at least one of the following, meeting a minimum of 120 UCAS points:
- BTEC Level 3 Diploma or Extended Diploma in Applied Science or a related discipline
- Access to Science
- At least two A Levels in science subjects
Applicants are also expected to have a good level of literacy and numeracy; a relevant Level 2 qualification (e.g., GCSE English and maths at grade C / grade 5 or above) is desirable.
