About the Role
Are you interested in finance, specifically investment banking, with a strong passion for ESG and sustainability-related topics? Join UBS's 2026 Summer Internship Program within our Global Banking business and gain hands-on experience in a truly global firm. You will have the opportunity to evaluate companies and support deal origination including IPO and M&A transactions, prepare market and industry analyses for pitches, and witness how we deliver market-leading solutions. You will execute live innovative deals that transform today’s corporate landscape and help firms assess their ESG and sustainability profiles from the perspective of investors and other stakeholders. Additionally, you will actively contribute to promoting the financial market’s evolution towards sustainability in line with UBS Group’s purpose and strategy.

Your Team
You will be part of the Global Banking ESG Advisory team based in London. This team provides coverage, advisory, capital markets, and financing solutions for corporate, financial institutions, and sponsor clients, focusing on ESG-related initiatives.

Experience
- Currently in penultimate or final year of undergraduate studies
- Relevant technical knowledge of ESG and sustainability topics
- Experience in investment banking, ESG, sustainability, or product roles is welcomed but not required

- On track for a 2.1 (UK grading system) or equivalent in your first undergraduate degree
- Hard-working, trustworthy, dedicated, and collaborative
- Strategic thinker with strong communication skills
- Motivated to work in a fast-paced business with high demands and tight deadlines
- Curious and eager to thrive in a dynamic environment
- Interest in the financial industry is important, regardless of major
- Unique achievements such as organizing fundraising events, participating in team sports, or stepping outside your comfort zone to learn challenging subjects are valued

Qualifications
- No specific qualifications required beyond current undergraduate enrollment and academic standing
