Opportunities are available in specialist areas including Bridges, Pavements, Aviation, Airfield Engineering, Maritime, Asset Management and Rail Civil Infrastructure. You will contribute to exciting and innovative projects such as assessing and strengthening existing infrastructure, designing next-generation transport, aviation and coastal assets, and supporting the long-term management of critical infrastructure.
As a Graduate, you will be part of multidisciplinary teams collaborating with experienced engineers and specialists on real-world challenges. You will gain hands-on experience through design work, technical analysis, site visits and stakeholder engagement, taking on increasing responsibility as your skills develop. Whether enhancing rail networks, delivering sustainable port infrastructure, improving airport operations, or developing innovative pavement solutions, your work will make a lasting impact.

Experience
No prior professional experience required. Enthusiasm for civil engineering and infrastructure projects is essential.

You enjoy working with others, sharing ideas and learning from different specialists across project teams. You take ownership of your work and development while creating value for clients. You are eager to learn, develop new skills and broaden your experience.
Qualifications
You will have, or be on track to achieve, at least a 2:2 in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree. Please note that master’s degrees are only accepted for Bridges opportunities. Degree backgrounds considered include Civil and Structural Engineering, Pavement Engineering, Airfield Engineering, Aviation Management or Airport Planning. You will be looking to start work in September 2027.
