About the Role

As a Senior or Associate level engineer, you will lead a variety of projects, working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams to achieve sustainable and climate-positive design outcomes. Your role will involve managing projects from concept through completion, ensuring technical excellence, compliance, and consistency across all deliverables. You will also contribute to growing and inspiring a high-performing team through mentorship and leadership, while representing the company at industry events and fostering strong client relationships. Our projects span cultural and performance venues, education, and low-carbon design, offering a diverse and challenging portfolio that will keep you engaged and motivated.
Experience
- At least eight years of experience in a design consultancy or engineering practice.
- Deep technical knowledge of building acoustics design and current industry best practices.
- Proven experience leading projects, managing budgets, timelines, and design quality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of inspiring clients and team members.
- Passion for sustainable design and commitment to climate-positive outcomes.
