About the Role
The Alpha Professional Services team in EMEA is seeking a qualified individual to manage the environment and data strategy workstream at client level. This client-facing role involves managing end-to-end environment and data strategy programs that onboard new clients onto State Street's front-to-back platform. You will manage client programs supporting workflow analysis, data analysis, and requirements analysis for current and future state models and architecture. The role requires leading the creation and delivery of internal and client-facing documents such as strategy documents, playbooks, architecture documentation, and data insights. You will navigate complex client relationships, build strong business relationships, and manage expectations with client stakeholders. Additionally, you will lead various stages of the implementation lifecycle, support business development and sales efforts through consultative client engagement, and provide regular status updates and program management reports as needed.

Experience
- 10+ years of financial industry experience across front office functionality along with middle (IBOR) and back-office systems, services, and data domains
- Proven experience in program management, stakeholder management, client engagement, and expectation management across project life cycle
- Strong environment strategy and architecture design experience
- Strong experience in data mining, ETL platforms, data visualization, reporting, and presentation tools
- Experience with Agile methodology and tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally, RTC) preferred
- Exposure to messaging protocols, public/private cloud platforms, and enterprise data management systems (EDMs)
- Experience integrating with industry providers and consulting partners to promote platform interoperability (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, PWC, Bloomberg PORT, Charles River Development, BRS Aladdin, SimCorp Dimension, Factset, Fidessa Minerva, Eze Software)
- Front and middle office platform experience is useful

- Excellent interpersonal communication skills with expertise in documentation, reporting, and presentation
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, globally structured, team-based environment as well as independently
- Skilled in managing multi-year programs consisting of complex business models and flows across front, middle, and back office operating models in both insourced and outsourced models
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with technical architecture knowledge
- Comfortable interacting with executive management at the highest levels within State Street and client organizations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Technology background and CFA/FRM charters are highly appreciated
