About the Role
The Alpha Professional Services team in EMEA is seeking a qualified individual to manage the environment and data strategy workstream at the client level. This client-facing role involves managing end-to-end environment and data strategy programs that onboard new clients onto State Street's front-to-back platform. You will lead client programs supporting workflow analysis, data analysis, and requirements analysis for current and future state models and architecture. Responsibilities include creating and delivering internal and client-facing documents such as strategy documents, playbooks, architecture documentation, and data insights. You will navigate complex client relationships, build strong business partnerships, manage expectations with client stakeholders, and lead various stages of the implementation lifecycle. Additionally, you will support business development and sales efforts through consultative client engagement and provide regular status updates and program management reports as needed.

State Street AlphaSM harmonizes data, technology, and services across trusted providers to help clients better manage their businesses and achieve better performance and outcomes throughout the investment lifecycle.
Experience
10+ years of financial industry experience across front office functionality along with middle (IBOR) and back-office systems, services, and data domains. Proven experience in program management, stakeholder management, client engagement, and expectation management across the project lifecycle. Strong environment strategy and architecture design experience. Experience in data mining, ETL platforms, data visualization, reporting, and presentation tools. Exposure to messaging protocols, public/private cloud platforms, and enterprise data management systems. Experience integrating with industry providers and consulting partners to promote platform interoperability (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, PWC, Bloomberg PORT, Charles River Development, BRS Aladdin, SimCorp Dimension, Factset, Fidessa Minerva, Eze Software). Front and middle office platform experience is useful. Experience with Agile methodology and tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally, RTC) preferred.
About You
Strong analytical and organizational skills with team management experience. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and expertise in documentation, reporting, and presentation. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, globally structured, team-based environment as well as independently. Skilled at managing complex business models and workflows across front, middle, and back office operating models in both insourced and outsourced settings. Comfortable interacting with senior executive management within State Street and client organizations.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above required. Technology background and professional certifications such as CFA or FRM are highly appreciated.
