About the Role
The Alpha Professional Services team in EMEA is seeking a qualified individual to manage the environment and data strategy workstream at client level. This client-facing role involves managing end-to-end environment and data strategy programs that onboard new clients onto State Street's front-to-back platform. You will lead client programs supporting workflow analysis, data analysis, and requirements analysis for current and future state models and architecture. The role requires creation and delivery of internal and client-facing documents including strategy documents, playbooks, architecture documentation, and data insights. You will navigate complex client relationships, build strong business partnerships, manage expectations with client stakeholders, and lead various stages of the implementation lifecycle. Additionally, you will support business development and sales efforts through consultative client engagement and provide regular status updates and program management reports as needed.

Experience
- 10+ years of financial industry experience across front office functionality, middle (IBOR), and back-office systems, services, and data domains.
- Proven program management, stakeholder management, client engagement, and expectation management experience across project life cycles.
- Strong environment strategy and architecture design experience.
- Expertise in data mining, ETL platforms, data visualization, reporting, and presentation tools.
- Experience with Agile methodology and tools (e.g., JIRA, Rally, RTC) preferred.
- Familiarity with front/middle office platforms is useful.
- Exposure to messaging protocols, public/private cloud platforms, and enterprise data management systems (EDMs).
- Experience integrating with industry providers and consulting partners to promote platform interoperability (e.g., Deloitte, Accenture, PWC, Bloomberg PORT, Charles River Development, BRS Aladdin, SimCorp Dimension, Factset, Fidessa Minerva, Eze Software).

- Skilled in managing complex business models and workflows across front, middle, and back office operating models in both insourced and outsourced environments.
- Comfortable interacting with senior executive management within State Street and client organizations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- Technology background and professional certifications such as CFA or FRM are highly appreciated.
