About the Role
This is an opportunity to join a long-established architectural practice known for their award-winning work in conservation, heritage and archaeology as the 4th member of their Principal Designer team. If you are a London-based Health & Safety professional with an engineering, construction or design background committed to developing a career in CDM as part of an in-house architectural team, this could be the role for you. You will support experienced professionals on projects, gaining exposure and experience across all RIBA stages, contributing to design safety and working closely with two Senior Principal Designers. The culture is positive and collaborative, with a close-knit team delivering projects on some of the UK’s best-known buildings. This role offers genuine influence on design safety and a clear pathway to becoming an autonomous Principal Designer.
Experience
Some initial Health & Safety or CDM experience or understanding is required. Experience in engineering, construction or design environments is beneficial.
