About the Role
Shape the future of our cities and environments by joining AtkinsRéalis as a key authority in our Environment Practice. You will lead the coordination and delivery of environmental work undertaken by multi-disciplinary teams, including Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA), options appraisals, and environmental management. Champion high standards of environmental performance within multidisciplinary engineering projects, influencing project development and delivering optimal environmental outcomes. You will collate and edit information from various sources to provide clear, well-written reports and competently undertake your own work to an excellent standard while reviewing the work of others, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery. Managing clients' needs professionally and supporting bid preparation and business development for the team will be key responsibilities. You will also undertake Continual Professional Development in line with your professional institute requirements. Requirements

Experience
- Degree or Masters in an environmental or science subject with an established record as a Chartered professional
- Extensive relevant post-graduate experience, ideally within a consultancy environment
- Experience working on major infrastructure projects
- Comprehensive knowledge of the EIA process and environmental technical expertise
- Leadership experience within multidisciplinary teams
- Strong report writing, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to review others' work to ensure quality
- Ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure

- Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate issues and ideas effectively
- Flexible, adaptable, and prepared to take on new challenges and work from other AtkinsRéalis or client office locations
- Highly self-motivated with strong enthusiasm and commitment to delivering sustainable outcomes
