About the Role
We are seeking a tech-savvy, solution-oriented Associate Environment Manager to help shape the future of our non-production environments. In this role, you will collaborate with global partners and vendors to ensure our environments are reliable, cost-effective, and ready to support delivery. Key responsibilities include maintaining healthy, available, and fit-for-purpose test environments; managing schedules, assets, and conflicts with precision; troubleshooting and resolving environment issues efficiently; driving smart reuse to improve efficiency and reduce costs; monitoring performance and proactively identifying risks; and communicating clearly with stakeholders to keep them informed. This role supports a hybrid working model with a minimum of three days per week in the office, balancing collaboration and flexibility.

Requirements

Experience
Proven experience managing or supporting test environments or product support roles
Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall delivery models
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and Azure

About you
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams
Solid grasp of software development lifecycles and how environments support each phase
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
Solution-oriented with a proactive approach to identifying and mitigating risks

Qualifications
Relevant experience in environment provisioning and configuration in cloud-based infrastructures is highly desirable
