About the Role
We are recruiting for a Bats in Churches Advisor to join our small and busy National Bat Helpline team as maternity cover. We are a friendly and supportive workplace with an inspiring environmental mission. As a hybrid working organisation, we offer flexibility for home-working, a 4% employer pension contribution, an Employee Assistance Programme, and time allocated for learning, development, and volunteering. BCT is a welcoming and inclusive organisation committed to diversity and equality, fostering a working environment free from discrimination where opportunities are equal to all.
