One Saturday in 4 from 7am – 4pm with a day in lieu off during that week

As a Building Services Engineer, you will play a key role in delivering excellence in Hard FM and Technical Facilities Services at our Fabulous Corporate Client site, in the heart of London. Your responsibilities will include inspecting and performing maintenance activity of Mechanical Building Services equipment such as heating boilers, pumps, compressed air systems, sanitary ware, fan coil and air handling units, and BMS systems. You will monitor site performance of sub-contractors, use IT systems (Handheld device), and work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and contractors to deliver high-quality service while ensuring effective communication of engineering and building issues impacting service delivery. It is essential to ensure all maintenance work adheres to relevant health and safety regulations, including Sodexo's procedures and the latest legislation, to maintain a safe working environment.

Experience
Minimum NVQ2 in plumbing or a mechanical related discipline
Experience in Mechanical building services and plant engineering with a good working knowledge of Plumbing
Experience of PPM, Reactive and Installation Work
Good written and verbal communication
