About the Role
As a Carpenter at ARC & SONS HOLDINGS LIMITED, you will play a crucial role in the construction and maintenance of various structures. Your key responsibilities will include examining drawings and specifications to determine the layout of plumbing and heating systems, measuring and cutting required lengths of materials using hand or machine tools, and installing fittings such as storage tanks, cookers, baths, toilets, taps, boilers, heat pumps, radiators, and fires. You will also be responsible for testing completed installations for leaks and making necessary adjustments, attaching fittings, and joining piping through various methods including welding and soldering. Additionally, you will repair burst pipes, mechanical faults, and replace faulty taps, washers, and valves.

Experience
Previous experience in carpentry or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

You should be detail-oriented, possess strong problem-solving skills, and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A commitment to safety and quality workmanship is essential.

Qualifications
Relevant certifications or training in carpentry or plumbing would be advantageous.
