As a strategic thinker, you will accelerate the charity's impact and deliver on its mission while navigating an evolving policy backdrop. This role requires a natural leader who will continue to build on the strength of our high performing team and drive the organisation forward.

Experience
Significant experience at senior executive level, demonstrating strong leadership and strategic thinking.

You are an inspiring and natural leader, capable of motivating and developing a high performing team. You have the ability to navigate complex policy environments and deliver impactful results aligned with the charity’s mission.

Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in leadership roles within the charity or related sectors are desirable.
