About the Role

In this role, you will work closely with local communities and expert research partners to advance innovative renewable energy projects that deliver clean heat solutions at three sites across England. This is a 16-month fixed-term contract at 4.5 days per week (or a nine-day fortnight if preferred). While we hope to extend the contract beyond this period, it is currently grant-funded and limited to 16 months. We are not accepting job share applications for this role.

You will be managed by the Head of Aviation, Heat and Energy and will collaborate closely with Possible’s Head of Communications, Digital Communications and Engagement Manager, Fundraising Manager, and key external partners including community energy groups.

Possible is a values-driven organisation committed to climate action through community engagement, innovation, and systemic change. We foster a culture of daring, joy, and community, and are dedicated to anti-oppression and inclusivity in all aspects of our work.
