Salary
£47,391.00 - £49,630.00 per annum including London Weighting Allowance. In exceptional circumstances, a specialist market supplement of up to £5,000 may be available subject to industrial and teaching experience.
About the Role
United Colleges Group (UCG) is seeking two ambitious and outstanding Curriculum Managers for the Refrigeration and AC department and Construction and the Trades department within Engineering, Construction and the Built Environment (ECBE). As a Curriculum Manager, you will contribute to the operational management, development, and performance of all aspects of teaching, learning, and assessment across the College's provision. You will lead the implementation of the College Group's quality improvement strategies aligned with the current OFSTED framework and maintain a culture of continuous improvement through self-assessment and other quality initiatives.
You will develop strategies to enhance Teaching, Learning and Assessment to ensure an outstanding student experience. The role includes performance management of direct reports to achieve consistently high outcomes. You will also lead employer engagement and internal quality assurance activities within your area.

Experience
- Proven track record of operational leadership and management in a Further Education setting
- Experience supporting staff development in vocational areas and learning and teaching
- Experience in recruitment, induction, and guidance of students
- Experience contributing to effective curriculum planning, design, and development
- Experience leading and managing staff and managing budgets effectively
- Experience leading or coordinating quality enhancements in curriculum delivery
