£47,391.00 - £49,630.00 per annum including London Weighting Allowance. In exceptional circumstances, a specialist market supplement of up to £5,000 may be available subject to industrial and teaching experience.
About the Role
United Colleges Group (UCG) is seeking two ambitious and outstanding Curriculum Managers to join the Engineering, Construction and the Built Environment (ECBE) department. The Curriculum Manager will contribute to the operational management, development, and performance of teaching, learning, and assessment across all provision areas within ECBE. This role involves implementing the College Group's quality improvement strategies aligned with the current OFSTED framework and fostering a culture of continuous improvement through self-assessment and quality initiatives. The Curriculum Manager will lead Teaching, Learning and Assessment improvement strategies to ensure an outstanding student experience and will be responsible for the performance management of direct reports to achieve consistently high outcomes.
Based at the Willesden Campus, the Curriculum Manager will also lead employer engagement and internal quality assurance activities within their areas. Experience
- Proven track record of operational leadership and management in a Further Education setting
- Experience supporting staff development in vocational areas and learning and teaching
- Experience in recruitment, induction, and guidance of students
- Experience contributing to effective curriculum planning, design, and development
- Experience leading and managing staff and managing budgets effectively
- Experience leading or coordinating quality enhancements in curriculum delivery
