About the Role
Join us as a Data & Analytics Sustainability & Growth Manager in a cutting-edge Data & Analytics team. This is a unique opportunity to act as both a consultant and delivery lead, translating complex business challenges into actionable data and analytics solutions. You will understand the needs of our stakeholders to identify suitable data and analytics solutions that align with our purpose and address business challenges.

You will bring advanced analytics to life through visualisation, telling powerful stories that influence important decisions for key stakeholders, earning excellent recognition for your work.

In this role, you will lead and coach colleagues to plan and deliver strategic, agreed project and scrum outcomes. Using data, you will unlock commercial and customer value, helping stakeholders identify and act on opportunities that drive sustainable growth.

Key responsibilities include:
- Working closely with business stakeholders to define detailed, often complex and ambiguous business questions, problems, or opportunities
- Planning and delivering data and analytics resources, expertise, and solutions that bring commercial and customer value
- Communicating data and analytics opportunities in an engaging and understandable way for business stakeholders
- Adopting and embedding new tools, technologies, and methodologies to carry out advanced analytics
- Developing strong stakeholder relationships to integrate advanced analytics, data science, and data engineering work that clearly links back to business needs

Experience
- Proven experience in senior stakeholder management, requirements analysis, and collaborative delivery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with working knowledge across data engineering, data science, and decisioning disciplines
- Experience coaching and supporting colleagues to succeed
- Confidence using project management tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience working within Agile methodologies

- Ability to simplify complex data into clear visualisations and compelling insights using appropriate systems and tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
