About the Role
Are you interested in working with online mobilisation, digital engagement and campaigning? As a Digital Campaigns Officer, you will help create effective online actions that support Friends of the Earth's campaigns, recruit new supporters, and deliver meaningful change. Your role will focus on increasing the effectiveness of our online actions to engage new supporters and mobilise activists around key environmental justice issues at local, national, and international levels. Located within the Campaign Activism team, you will be responsible for developing the majority of our online actions, with a strong emphasis on delivery, proactive implementation of new ideas, creation of reports, and monitoring effectiveness.

Through testing, reporting, and applying best practices, you will help create supporter-centric online actions that clearly communicate results and drive campaign success. You will work closely with the digital, marketing, and campaigns teams to optimise these actions and support colleagues and channel owners with flexibility.

The Campaign Activism team ensures our campaigns effectively engage our activist and international networks and make the best use of our supporter base. You will collaborate widely across the organisation, including with marketing and digital teams, to maximise impact.

Join us and play a crucial role in helping Friends of the Earth campaign, recruit, and deliver change. We offer a competitive range of benefits, a good work/life balance including a 4-day working week with no loss of pay, excellent learning and development opportunities, and a vibrant organisational culture.

About you
You are a well-organised communicator who can quickly pick up new ideas and work across a variety of campaigns. You are comfortable working collaboratively with multiple teams and are motivated to help drive environmental justice through digital engagement.

Qualifications
No specific qualifications are stated, but a strong digital literacy and ability to learn quickly are important.
