About the Role
The Woodland Trust is seeking a Digital Marketing Executive (Email) to support the delivery of the Trust's email marketing activities. You will work closely with colleagues to deliver effective and inspirational email campaigns, advising on best practices regarding HTML for emails, ensuring compliance and accessibility. You will report on campaign performance and drive optimisation through testing, audience segmentation, and user journey improvements. Building and maintaining strong relationships with email service providers (ESPs) will be key, as will staying up to date with email marketing trends, new technologies, and functionality to improve key performance indicators. You will also use project management tools such as Monday.com. This is a 12-month fixed term contract role with a hybrid working pattern, combining home working with occasional office visits.

Experience
- Managing email marketing systems and schedules
- Knowledge of email service providers (ESPs)
- Planning and producing effective email campaigns
- Reporting on email campaign activity, testing campaigns, and suggesting improvements
- Creating on-brand email templates
- Knowledge of GDPR and best practice guidelines to ensure compliance
