About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate Environmental, Safety, and Health (ESH) Advisor to join a collaborative nuclear project. In this role, you will nurture ESH cultures, connect with teams, and support governance across various initiatives within the construction and engineering sectors. Reporting to the ESH Manager, you will inspire innovation and ensure the caring delivery of projects ranging from minor activities to major initiatives. Your responsibilities will include cultivating a safety-first culture, offering thoughtful guidance on plans, conducting empathetic audits, and leading collaborative incident investigations. You will also contribute to shaping ESH performance reports and fostering a supportive environment for the team. Experience
- Current construction site and complex infrastructure experience
- Experience in nuclear, construction, or engineering sectors is valued
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Adaptability and resilience in a changing environment
- Understanding of Construction Design and Management (CDM)

Qualifications
- NEBOSH General or Construction certificate required
- IOSH membership preferred
- Security clearance: Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) required, with Security Check (SC) or Developed Vetting (DV) clearance preferred
- Ability to obtain and maintain necessary security clearances for the role
