About the Role
As the Franchise Lead for the EMEA ESG & Sustainability team, you will be responsible for delivering the EMEA ESG product and client strategy. Your role includes producing high-quality published products and organizing client access events. You will collaborate closely with the wider EMEA research team to deliver sustainability products featuring stock or sector conclusions, alongside dedicated team outputs. Additionally, you will work in close partnership with the Global ESG & Sustainability team to coordinate global product initiatives. This role is based in London and offers access to industry-leading tools and resources, including a market-leading European research franchise, UBS Evidence Lab, and HOLT.

Experience
Prior sellside research experience with a proven track record in research product delivery and strong client relationships.
About You
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and deliver compelling research insights. Analytical rigour and intellectual curiosity with the ability to critically evaluate complex information, considering nuance and context. Understanding of a systems thinking approach is important. Deep understanding of market trends and key drivers. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships.
Qualifications
Relevant qualifications or equivalent experience in ESG, sustainability, finance, or related fields are desirable but not explicitly stated. A strong professional background and expertise in ESG research are essential.
