About the Role
Bellrock is a trusted challenger in UK property services, redefining real estate management through insights, technology, and talented people. Since 2003, we have helped organisations transform their estates into high-performance, sustainable environments. Our integrated service model spans Technologies, Consulting, Critical Engineering & Jordon, and Intelligent Asset Care, delivering compliance, quality, and operational excellence while reducing cost and carbon impact.

As an Energy and Carbon Consultant within Bellrock's Carbon & Smart Engineering team, you will focus on engineering solutions, site audits, and decarbonisation of buildings by implementing renewable and low-carbon technologies. You will manage and deliver technical energy and process efficiency projects across various sectors, including fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). Your projects will target utility and carbon savings by identifying wastage and reduction opportunities.

You will use Bellrock’s bespoke online energy and waste analytics tool, InMetriks, to support clients in improving efficiency and reducing environmental impact. Your role will involve managing projects individually or collaboratively, conducting site audits with health and safety compliance, and communicating findings effectively. You will work closely with site contacts to implement improvements and support senior consultants with product development.

Additional responsibilities include client support through reporting and meetings, collaborating with internal and external teams to ensure project progress, providing technical oversight on projects such as SECR, ESOS, Net Zero Roadmaps, and energy audits to BS EN 16247 standards. You will also assist business development efforts, provide training to colleagues, and contribute to management information collation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly successful, fun, and friendly team, delivering industry-leading technical advice and sustainable solutions that make a real difference.
