About the Role

Since 2003, we have helped organisations transform their estates into high-performance, sustainable environments. Our integrated service model spans Technologies, Consulting, Critical Engineering & Jordon, and Intelligent Asset Care, delivering compliance, quality, operational excellence, and reducing cost and carbon impact.

As an Energy and Carbon Consultant within Bellrock's Carbon & Smart Engineering team, you will focus on engineering solutions, site audits, and decarbonisation of buildings by implementing renewable and low-carbon technologies. You will manage and deliver technical energy and process efficiency projects across various sectors, including fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG). Your work will identify utility and carbon savings by spotting wastage and reduction opportunities.

Using our bespoke online energy and waste analytics tool, InMetriks, you will support clients in becoming more efficient and reducing their environmental impact. You will manage projects individually or collaboratively, conduct site audits considering health and safety compliance, and communicate findings effectively. You will work closely with site contacts to implement improvements and support senior consultants with product development.

Client support will be ongoing through reporting, meetings, and communications, ensuring satisfaction and trusted advisor status. You will collaborate internally and externally to ensure project progress and timely delivery, providing technical oversight across areas such as SECR, ESOS, Action Plans, CCA, Net Zero Roadmaps, HDP, Scope 3, EII, energy management, and energy audits to BS EN 16247.

You will also support business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting existing clients, contribute to team knowledge through training, and assist with management information tasks such as timesheets and deliverable tracking.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful, fun, and friendly team dedicated to sustainability and innovation in property services.
