About the Role
This apprenticeship will develop your skills in systems design and hardware engineering. You will rotate between disciplines, responsible for producing designs, design estimates, design programs, and design work packages for bids, services, and projects. You will also design and implement engineering solutions to programme requirements. Most of your apprenticeship will be spent working on the job, gaining hands-on experience. You will develop your understanding of engineering through structured learning and on-the-job training, delivering tasks on time and to the required quality. You will work as a team player, asking for guidance and direction where necessary, while developing knowledge and skills within the engineering discipline. Effective communication of engineering issues related to your tasks is essential.

Qualifications
Essential qualifications include:
- 5 GCSEs including English and Maths (grade A-C or Grade 4 and above)
- A Levels in Maths (grade B) and Physical Sciences (grade B)
- BTEC in Maths and Physical Sciences (grade DDM)
If you have other relevant qualifications or industry experience, please share them as the apprenticeship can be adjusted to reflect your existing knowledge.
