About the Role
Are you commercially minded and passionate about making a real difference to Scotland’s environment? Do you want to help organisations across Scotland, from a range of sectors, to achieve their environmental ambitions? Are you excited by the thought of working for an organisation whose mission is to inspire changes in behaviour to improve our environment, the quality of people’s lives, their wellbeing and the places that they care for? If so, we would love to hear from you.

Keep Scotland Beautiful is a charity inspiring action for our environment with a vision for a clean, green, sustainable Scotland. We work practically with communities, schools, businesses, local and national government, public bodies and individuals to combat climate change, tackle litter and waste, restore nature and biodiversity, and improve the places we care for. We support the ambitions of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, Environment and Place Services (OMEPS), the Environment and Place Services Coordinator (EPSC) will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring the effective and efficient development and delivery of environmental services and activities. This includes the line management of relevant staff and, where appropriate, the delivery of key training, award and accreditation services. The EPSC will also work closely with the OMEPS and Development Manager to undertake business engagement and development activities in line with the Trading Plan.

This role requires a valid, full UK driving licence. We offer a fantastic benefits package including a generous pension scheme, hybrid working, development opportunities, a 35-hour work week, and an annual free volunteer day to support others. Our hybrid working policy allows a balance between home/remote working and coming to our wonderful, new office Hub in Stirling.
