About the Role
Join Asda and help shape the future of our test environment strategy! We are seeking a passionate Environment Manager to lead a high-impact function that underpins delivery across our fast-paced retail business. You will drive the environment strategy, working closely with platform owners, stakeholders, and a talented team of associate managers. Your responsibilities will include provisioning, governance, tooling, and cost control to ensure our end-to-end environments are fit for purpose, stable, and ready to support testing across multiple integrated products. This role offers the opportunity to lead and evolve Asda's environment strategy and standards, coach and line manage a growing team, collaborate across teams to ensure environment availability, suitability, and cost-efficiency, drive tooling, monitoring and governance improvements, and act as the go-to for environment-related escalations and updates. This position supports flexible working arrangements including job share and part-time working.

Experience
Proven experience managing complex test environments
Strong understanding of Agile, DevOps, and Waterfall lifecycles
Experience with cloud provisioning, ideally Azure
