Experience
Recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates with a degree in a relevant field. The programme combines formal training with on-the-job learning, focusing on career progression and growth opportunities. Regular site visits and travel between locations are required.

About you
Motivated and passionate about sustainability and the environment. Keen to develop a career in construction with a focus on environmental and sustainability practices. Able to work collaboratively within teams and adapt to site-based working conditions.

Qualifications
You must have obtained a minimum 2:2 Honours degree before starting the role. A full UK driving licence is required prior to joining Balfour Beatty due to travel requirements.
