Experience
Recent graduates or soon-to-be graduates with a relevant degree. The programme focuses on career growth through formal training and practical experience, including regular site visits and travel between locations.

About you
Motivated and passionate about sustainability and environmental issues within construction. You should be eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to contribute to greener construction practices.

Qualifications
You must hold or expect to obtain a minimum 2:2 Honours degree in a relevant field before starting the role. A full UK driving licence is required due to travel between sites.
