About the Role
At Roche Diagnostics, you will lead the environmental and sustainability agenda across the UK and Ireland. This pivotal role involves embedding Roche's global ESG commitments into daily operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and inspiring cultural change. You will drive impactful initiatives such as reducing carbon emissions, advancing sustainable product and process innovation, and supporting Roche’s net-zero goals. Your work will influence teams, suppliers, and industry networks to adopt sustainable practices, while you design and deliver training to build awareness and capability across the organisation. You will establish and track key performance indicators to ensure transparent reporting and continuous improvement, contributing to a healthier future for people, business, and the planet.

Experience
Minimum 5 years’ experience in environmental management or sustainability, preferably within healthcare, pharmaceutical, or diagnostics sectors. Proven ability to manage projects, engage stakeholders, and influence at all organisational levels.

Qualifications
A degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field. Strong knowledge of UK, Ireland, and international environmental regulations and reporting frameworks including ISO 14001, CDP, GRI, REACH, and WEEE.
