About the Role
At the John Lewis Partnership, we strive to be one of the UK's most purpose-led and sustainable businesses. Climate change is a high-profile issue for the Partnership, and we are seeking an experienced Ethics & Sustainability Manager to support the delivery of our climate strategy.

You will engage with key internal and external stakeholders to enhance and differentiate the Partnership's position as a market leader in Ethics & Sustainability.

Key responsibilities include managing the continuous improvement of the Partnership's carbon footprint calculation, supporting engagement and data collection from strategic suppliers, developing approaches to quantify the impact of sustainability initiatives on our carbon footprint, providing technical climate expertise, driving business value through data, and delivering climate-related reporting and assurance (e.g. TCFD, SBTi). You will ensure that climate activities have integrity, impact, and positively influence customer and third-party perceptions of the Partnership.

The Partnership embraces flexible working, allowing you to balance office and home-based work according to your needs and business requirements.
