About the Role
Wessex Rivers Trust and Wiltshire Wildlife Trust are collaborating to deliver farm and water advice across the Hampshire Avon river catchment, an area renowned for its flower-rich chalk downland, crystal clear chalk streams, and New Forest heaths and woodland. This exciting opportunity offers you the chance to shape a new multi-year programme aimed at protecting and enhancing these special rivers and landscapes. As an experienced farm and water adviser, you will work closely with your counterpart and a wide range of stakeholders to identify, develop, and deliver projects that achieve tangible outcomes for these iconic chalk streams and their wildlife. The contract is funded for five years, with a six-month probationary period.

You are motivated to work collaboratively across organisations and with landowners to achieve positive environmental impacts. You are organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects effectively.
