About the Role
As a Graduate Environmental Advisor at Network Plus, you will support the Section HSEQ Manager in ensuring all environmental, consents, and sustainability matters are effectively implemented according to the HSEQ Management Plan. You will be an integral part of the HSEQ Team and the wider Compliance Team, providing advice and guidance to the Operational Team to facilitate compliant construction activities. Your responsibilities will include monitoring, producing, and implementing permits and consents, enforcing environmental construction compliance policies and procedures, assisting with regular reporting, and conducting site audits to ensure controls are in place. You will work on the Cadent Gas Construction Management Organisation (CMO), supporting both gas main replacement (MRP) and non-mains replacement (NMRP) works, while protecting the environment from harm. Additionally, you will update progress and improvements related to the Annual Work Stack Plan and maintain the legal register with legislative changes focused on environmental aspects.
Experience
Excellent organisation and communication skills, including presenting. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams. Ability to understand data and act upon non-compliant issues. Experience liaising with client and customer stakeholders, both internal and external.

Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Motivated to work within a diverse and inclusive environment. Able to work collaboratively as part of a team. Full driving licence is required.
Qualifications
Degree level qualification or equivalent in a relevant discipline. Affiliate or Graduate IEMA membership preferred or willingness to obtain within 12 months.
