As a Graduate Environmental, Social & Governance Consultant within our Property & Investment team, you will support investor clients in understanding key sustainability risks and opportunities related to property acquisitions and refurbishments across the UK and Europe. You will contribute to delivering a range of ESG services including Net Zero Carbon strategies, climate change risk assessments, green building certification, and sustainable building design. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a growing, market-leading team and engage with the rapidly evolving regulatory and market landscape in real estate investment.
As part of the GROW programme, you will work within a diverse team of consultants, build long-term client relationships, and take responsibility for your own deliverables while receiving ongoing support and guidance to develop your expertise.
Experience
Graduating in 2026 or recently graduated with at least a 2:2 in a relevant master's or bachelor's degree.
Demonstrated skills including resilience, creativity, analytical thinking, and teamwork.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to use technical knowledge to influence and consult stakeholders.
Willingness to travel and stay away from home when required (virtual working embraced where possible).
