About the Role
Join Müller UK & Ireland, part of Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller, as a Graduate Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Advisor at our Severnside Dairy manufacturing site. Müller is a leading dairy brand in the UK, known for its wide range of branded and private label dairy products. In this role, you will play a key part in promoting a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace by implementing HSE systems, supporting compliance, and driving continuous improvement across the site. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and company policies, conducting risk assessments and legal audits, supporting investigations and closing out non-conformances, delivering HSE induction and training sessions, championing behavioural safety initiatives, coordinating HSE programs, supporting external audits and regulatory visits, administering HSE systems and internal audit programs, and deputising for the HSE Manager when required.

Experience
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to deliver training and promote a positive safety culture
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SHE systems (e.g., SharePoint, EcoOnline)
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and approachable

Qualifications
- NEBOSH Certificate (essential)
- IEMA Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management (desirable)
- Experience or knowledge in HSE auditing is advantageous
