About the Role
Join Müller UK & Ireland as a Graduate Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Advisor at the Severnside Dairy manufacturing site. You will play a key role in promoting a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace by implementing HSE systems, supporting compliance, and driving continuous improvement. Your responsibilities will include ensuring adherence to HSE regulations and company policies, conducting risk assessments and legal audits, supporting investigations and closing out non-conformances, delivering HSE induction and training sessions, championing behavioural safety initiatives and employee engagement, coordinating HSE programs and tracking performance data, supporting external audits and regulatory visits, administering HSE systems, internal audit programs, and health surveillance schedules, and deputising for the HSE Manager when required.

Qualifications
NEBOSH Certificate is essential
IEMA Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management is desirable

Experience
Experience in HSE auditing and delivering training is required
Proficient in Microsoft Office and SHE systems such as SharePoint and EcoOnline
