About the Role
Join Müller UK & Ireland as a Graduate Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Advisor at the Severnside Dairy manufacturing site. As part of Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller, a leading European dairy company, you will play a key role in promoting a safe, healthy, and environmentally responsible workplace. Your responsibilities will include implementing HSE systems, supporting compliance with regulations and company policies, and driving continuous improvement across the site. You will conduct risk assessments and legal audits, support investigations, deliver HSE inductions and training, champion behavioural safety initiatives, coordinate HSE programs, and support external audits and regulatory visits. Additionally, you will administer HSE systems, internal audit programs, and health surveillance schedules, deputising for the HSE Manager when required.

Experience
- Previous experience or exposure to HSE practices is advantageous but not essential as this is a graduate role.

Qualifications
- NEBOSH Certificate is essential
- IEMA Foundation Certificate in Environmental Management is desirable
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SHE systems (e.g., SharePoint, EcoOnline)
- Knowledge of HSE auditing and health surveillance schedules
