About the Role
Our green spaces, commons and cemeteries are highly treasured by our residents. This is your chance to take guardianship of these much-loved facilities that are such an important part of Elmbridge life.

You will be working with a determined and committed team passionate about protecting and enhancing the green spaces, cemeteries and commons in Elmbridge. They understand the value of these spaces to our residents, especially the most vulnerable.

As a skilled Green Spaces Officer, you will manage a small dedicated team and ensure the delivery of the ground maintenance contract for our green spaces. You will also manage a variety of services to ensure the residents of Elmbridge are best served at all times.

Experience
Proven experience managing a small team and successfully delivering green space contracts.
Strong organisational skills and experience in contract administration.
Experience working with local councillors and community engagement.
Demonstrated innovation and creativity in service delivery.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
