Glendale is a leading green space management service provider in the UK, specialising in tree care, grounds maintenance, and landscaping. As a Team Leader, you will assist the Supervisor and Senior Team Leaders in the effective delivery of programmed maintenance, take responsibility for site operations including timekeeping, productivity, and managing interactions with the public, visitors, and deliveries. You will proactively lead by example, motivate and guide the team, maintain workforce discipline, and ensure the safe operation and servicing of company and hire vehicles, machinery, and equipment. Additional duties may be assigned by the Supervisor as required.

Experience
Essential experience in Grounds Maintenance. Proven people management skills and adaptability to different working techniques. Experienced in operating a wide variety of small engine machinery. Good IT knowledge is required.

A confident, reliable, and conscientious individual with a strong work ethic. Able to work on your own initiative and lead by example. Awareness of all relevant industry Health & Safety legislation is essential.

Qualifications
Must hold a full, clean driving licence. PA1 & PA6 qualifications are desirable but not essential.
