About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Estates and Sustainability to lead and manage the estate operations and sustainability initiatives at Winchester Science Centre. This senior role involves overseeing the maintenance, development, and sustainability strategy of the site to ensure it meets the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and environmental responsibility. You will play a key role in supporting the organisation’s mission by ensuring the estate is well-managed and aligned with our commitment to sustainability and innovation.

As Head of Estates and Sustainability, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver projects, manage budgets, and implement best practices in estate management and environmental stewardship. Experience
