Ensure compliance with all local and global regulations and maintain necessary ISO registrations such as Environment (14001), Health and Safety (45001), and Business Continuity (22301).
- Manage Operations & Maintenance: Plan and control repairs and maintenance to ensure high availability of site infrastructure. Implement Lifecycle Asset Management and define KPIs to measure success.
- Lead Your Team: Develop and lead a high-performing team by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Provide mentorship and support professional development.
- Engage Stakeholders: Drive close communication and collaboration with all site stakeholders, following a "customer first" principle. Advocate for Roche's position within external industry and government entities.
- Oversee Security & Safety: Develop, implement, and maintain security measures related to physical, personnel, and information security.
