As the Health, Safety & Sustainability Manager within our Global Support Real Estate team, you will be responsible for ensuring that Informa's global property portfolio is safe, compliant, highly efficient, and supports our group sustainability Faster Forward initiative. You will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our office spaces worldwide, ensuring colleagues have high-quality, safe environments to collaborate and work efficiently.

Key responsibilities include:
- Driving global health and safety compliance across the property portfolio
- Managing sustainability reporting and data quality
- Supporting the net zero transition plan and energy efficiency initiatives
- Overseeing health, safety, and sustainability aspects of office transformations, relocations, and upgrades
- Ensuring all projects comply with local regulations and company standards
- Managing health and safety documentation and contractor requirements
- Conducting due diligence on health, safety, and sustainability for new property acquisitions
- Assisting with onboarding newly acquired real estate

Experience
- Extensive experience in facilities management with a focus on health and safety compliance
- Experience with FM software applications
- Knowledge of fire, water, and life safety systems regulations
- Experience supporting sustainability practices such as ESOS and EEE

About you
- A self-driven, confident, and deadline-oriented approach
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

Qualifications
- IOSH Health and Safety certification (desirable)
- Legionella Awareness certification
