About the Role
As our Health, Safety & Environment Manager, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and embedding HS&E programmes that ensure a safe and secure working environment for over 600 colleagues at our Warrington site. You will be a pivotal member of the Site Leadership Team, championing our commitment to safety and care. Your expertise and guidance will influence a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the site.
Your core responsibilities will include leading initiatives to reduce health, safety, security, and environmental risks, overseeing robust location management processes, and driving continuous improvement in HS&E performance against agreed KPIs. You will manage and maintain effective HS&E policies, procedures, and systems aligned with legislation and internal standards. Additionally, you will lead the incident management process ensuring legal compliance, including reporting to external authorities, and deliver audit programmes to assess compliance. Building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders across all levels will be essential to your success in this role.

Experience
- Proven experience as a Health & Safety professional, ideally within FMCG, logistics, warehousing, or D2C environments.
- Track record of delivering impactful health and safety improvement initiatives.
- Experience managing incident processes and audit programmes.

Qualifications
- Recognised professional qualifications in Health, Safety and Environment (NEBOSH, IOSH or similar).
- Deep understanding of current UK HS&E legislation and regulatory expectations.
