About the Role
As our Health, Safety & Environment Manager, you will play a key role in developing, implementing, and embedding HS&E programmes that ensure a safe and secure working environment for over 600 colleagues at our Warrington site. You will be a vital member of the Site Leadership Team, championing our commitment to safety and care. Your expertise and guidance will influence a culture of accountability and continuous improvement across the site.

Your core responsibilities will include leading initiatives to reduce health, safety, security, and environmental risks, overseeing robust location management processes, and driving continuous improvement against agreed KPIs. You will manage and maintain HS&E policies, procedures, and systems aligned with legislation and internal standards, lead the incident management process ensuring legal compliance, and manage audit programmes to assess compliance. Additionally, you will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, building effective relationships across all levels.

Experience
- Experienced Health & Safety professional, ideally within FMCG, logistics, warehousing or D2C environments.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful health and safety improvement initiatives.

Qualifications
- Hold recognised professional qualifications in Health, Safety and Environment (NEBOSH, IOSH or similar).
- Deep understanding of current UK HS&E legislation and regulatory expectations.
