About the Role
Join Mondelēz International and lead the future of snacking by managing all Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) activities within a manufacturing facility or commercial areas including offices, sales, and warehouses. You will be responsible for delivering HSE standards and procedures, capability processes, reporting, compliance, and audits. This role involves defining and reviewing applicable standards and legislation, validating HSE design in projects and modifications, and supporting work processes to improve HSE effectiveness. You will ensure ongoing compliance by mapping legislation and internal standards, managing relationships with legal departments and local authorities, and maintaining all regulatory requirements for the plant.

You will coordinate the implementation of all HSE programs and processes, prepare and build consensus on annual HSE plans, and manage the capital budget for HSE initiatives. Providing expert HSE guidance for new projects and change management activities is key, as is ensuring risk assessments are conducted and follow-ups implemented to minimize accidents and asset losses. You will also support talent development through training, mentoring, and succession planning, ensuring safety standards and awareness are embedded throughout the organization to foster a safety-perfect culture.

Experience
- Proven experience as a Health, Safety and Environment Practitioner, preferably within manufacturing or commercial environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage teams, lead change management, and oversee projects
- Experience conducting Health and Safety audits
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills with stakeholders at all levels
