About the Role
Green Rose CIC is a social enterprise dedicated to helping households make their homes warmer, greener, and more affordable to run. As a Home Energy and Retrofit Advisor, you will engage with people across multiple channels including phone, online platforms, and community events. Your role will involve providing one-to-one energy advice and follow-up support via phone, online messaging, and in person. We are looking for a confident, empathetic communicator who enjoys starting conversations, listening carefully, and guiding people towards simple, positive next steps. If you are passionate about helping others, enjoy problem-solving, and can think on your feet, this role offers a rewarding opportunity. While an interest in the environment and sustainability is important, no prior technical experience is required as full training will be provided. We welcome applicants returning to the workplace and those bringing transferable skills from other sectors.

Experience
No prior experience in energy advice or retrofit is necessary. We value strong communication skills and a people-focused approach.
